  • 工作內容 職責要求 A. Manages strong relationships and cultivates winning partnerships with all suppliers. B. Negotiates with suppliers to receive the best overall cost, payment terms, service, and delivery. C. Works cross-functionally with the team located globally in launching new products or components, including product evaluation, selection, and qualification, packaging, and artwork confirmation, SSPO update, and shipment tracking. D. Manages Competitive Bidding Process and performs Make vs Buy analysis. E. Manages smooth transition from existing suppliers to new suppliers as part of the sourcing strategy. 任職資格 • Bachelor‘s degree in technical field or business. Focus on manufacturing is highly preferred. • 5~10 years sourcing experience, preferably in high volume manufacturing/consumer products. • 2-3 years of sourcing experience in mechanical parts such as stamping / die casting / injection molding / finishing /etc as well as in electronic & electro-mechanical parts such as semiconductors and PCBAs. Some experience with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) is preferred. • Previous experience dealing with big-box retailers is desired but not required. Required Skills : • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, written and verbal. • A proven ability to drive lower costs through regional/global consolidation. • Considerable knowledge of sources of supply, markets, price, and commodity trends, with the ability to accurately predict marketplace events and develop both long-range strategies and short-term contingency plans. • Proven negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills required. • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make presentations and influence people at all levels of the organization. • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities that often have competing priorities. • Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems.
