*Purpose of the Job
Drive Indirect sales growth via targeted relationship management and development of selected premium Industry partners
*Responsibilities
- Responsible to achieve Sales targets for INDIRECT channel
- Responsible for actively promote Club Med to Trade partners and build a comprehensive sales plan annually
- Responsible to collate market data intelligence and set appropriate recommendations and sharing with relevant channels (Sales /Marketing / Management)
**Mission 1 : Achieve Sales targets for INDIRECT channel with strong focus on existing partners & development of new business
- Ownership of Indirect FIT Sales achievement & proactivity
- Be responsible for management of set Trade Marketing funds (seasonal / annual) with maximum exposure / return on investment
- Create and manage an effective business development plan
- Anticipate according the sales power zones (proactivity)
- Be responsible of activities recommendations / implementation upon validation of Sales Director
- To build a growth plan by TA partner: clearly identify points of difference and key target for each partner (BV / branding / demographic etc)
- Adjust the plan according to the trend and sales feedback
- To be responsible of end of season / year reporting: ROI of activities / presentation
- Assess sales results and key areas for growth
- Proactively provide solutions / actions plan to existing areas of concerns or growth
- On-board new dynamic & upscale partners with a clear strategy for growth
**Mission 2 : To optimize all sales aspect, exposure and relations with Club Med partners
- Be responsible of creating opportunities with joint incentives to promote Club Med thru the partners’ network.
- Conduct weekly sales calls / meetings with relevant partners to review results / objectives and discuss of opportunities
- Conduct Monthly/seasonal product trainings to Travel agency stores (network, independent, Shop in Shop) to ensure regular presence to key agencies
- Be the primarily contact for the network in liaising with product managers and marketing teams to efficiently communicate and leverage opportunities & priorities.
- Manage organisation of Expos & Trade Events activities / Famil Trips
- Be an expert in Club Med’s policies and procedures where needed
- Responsibility for Product Training and knowledge improvement for Indirect
**Mission 3 : To provide detailed and relevant market trend feedback
- Be responsible to understand current trends and proactively propose ideas / solutions to competition
- Provide monthly data intelligence reporting to Management with key learnings / course of action
**Mission 4 : To represent Club Med and its values at all times
- Represent Club Med’s premium brand & image and it’s 5 core values at all times
- Attend various Trade industry functions to represent Club Med
**Mission 5 : To work closely with other teams to ensure optimal INDRECT CHANNEL ACOUNT)
- Inform and advise recommendations when required on optimizing process on servicing our Trade partners to ensure smooth sales operations and Partner TA/project visibility/exposure.
