工作內容
1. 商品採購與供應商開發:
根據公司需求,執行商品採購,積極開發並評估新供應商,確保供應鏈的多樣性與穩定性。
2. 成本分析與價格談判:
進行成本計算,執行詢價、比價,與供應商協商最佳價格,達成成本效益最大化。
3.進貨單據核對:
檢查並核對供應商提供的進貨帳單,確保數據準確無誤。
4.樣品管理:
追蹤樣品的郵寄進度,確保樣品及時送達並滿足品質要求。
5.內外部溝通協調:
作為業務部門與供應商之間的聯絡橋樑,確保資訊暢通,促進雙方合作順利。
6.採購訂單管理:
處理採購下單,追蹤訂單的到貨情況及製程進度,確保按時交貨。
7. 大陸採購經驗:
具備中國大陸採購經驗者優先考慮。
1. Product Procurement and Supplier Development:
Execute product procurement based on company requirements; actively develop and evaluate new suppliers to ensure diversity and stability in the supply chain.
2. Cost Analysis and Price Negotiation:
Conduct cost calculations, perform inquiries and comparisons, and negotiate optimal pricing with suppliers to maximize cost-effectiveness.
3. Verification of Supplier Invoices:
Examine and verify supplier invoices to ensure data accuracy.
4. Sample Management:
Track the mailing progress of samples to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
5. Internal and External Communication Coordination:
Serve as the liaison between the sales department and suppliers, ensuring smooth information flow and facilitating successful collaboration.
6. Procurement Order Management:
Process procurement orders, monitor delivery status and production progress to ensure timely fulfillment.
7. Experience in Mainland China Procurement:
Candidates with procurement experience in Mainland China will be given priority consideration.
