  • 工作內容 You will be part of Coupang Global Security (CGS) team and program and lead all related physical security operations and loss prevention support for Coupang’s Fulfillment Centers throughout Taiwan. You will lead your Field S&LP team and ensure that CGS Policies and Standards are implemented. You will support the delivery of our business targets and the strengthening of our brand by managing security and loss prevention risks that could impact our employees and customers, affect our business operations, inflict damages to our tangible and non-tangible assets and have adverse impact on our company brand and reputation. You will achieve these objectives by identifying vulnerabilities, preventing risks, while supporting the S&LP Field team in responding to on-going incidents. You will support your team in investigating thoroughly security and loss prevention (S&LP) incidents to identify and mitigate root causes to prevent recurrence. The Country Head of Security & Loss Prevention, TW reports into the Global Director of Security and Loss Prevention. Covers a 24/7 operation, and you must be flexible to, when necessary, work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Work weekends and/or overnight shifts. This role may provide ad-hoc support to CGS Executive Protection and Corporate Security in Taiwan. Key Job Responsibilities Subject matter expert for all internal and external partners. Identify, promote, and implement risk-based, reliable, consistent, integrated, cost-effective security measures which are designed based on proven S&LP practices and concepts. Partner with internal customers/stakeholders to present and evaluate current and future S&LP services, processes, and initiatives. Provide a secure working environment for our employees. Evaluate threats, assess risks, and ensure risk management strategies are implemented. Incident response planning, management and execution as per policy Ensure a high level of compliance with internal and external standards and regulations. Ensures that loss mitigation, physical security considerations, potential and actual workplace violence incidents are addressed as per policy. Oversee investigations of theft and fraud. Conduct interviews when appropriate and per policy and review and submit investigation reports. Ensure S&LP audits a completed and that all issues identified around maintenance and troubleshooting of the system are timely addressed by Field S&LP on regular maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems. Prepare Taiwan S&LP Weekly Business Review deck. Track and report on key performance indicators Inspire performance excellence on the part of all security services team members and third-party vendors. Lead the way to ensure that Master Service Agreement is met and/or exceeds exceptions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ equivalent professional experience or military experience - 3+ years of experience in law enforcement, security, loss prevention, risk management, supply chain management, or other related field - Proven loss prevention program exposure, including experience in a distribution environment, - Demonstrable ability to proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, while considering all the facts and other perspectives - 1+ years of experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Excel.
