What is the job about?
The responsibility for the role is to drive industry sales increase for MI (Machine Industry) team. The primary responsibility is to develop Machinery industry OEMs’ business and equally important to be capable to develop industry related business from end user sector (mobility, pharmaceutical, F&B, pulp & paper, semiconductor, chemical). The role is required to have working experience outside MI business scope before. Responsible for yearly negotiations for own Industry customer KAM, being able to create new opportunities and being the one point of contact for this customer Group to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Your main responsibilities
• Ability to independently identify, develop, create and grow Industrial sales within own area of responsibility.
• Equip with market knowledge to successfully drive commercial activities.
• Equip with pump knowledge to be able to sell digital solutions – explaining the benefit for the different customer groups.
• Familiar with project development and having project follow up working experience is preferrable.
• Capable to identify different stakeholders (decision makers) and utilize the right approach to drive sales development.
• Ensure specification and correct application of Grundfos products.
• Proactively follow up, analyze and report on Key Accounts’ status and ensure regular dialogues been conducted.
• Identification and development of new business opportunities with the selling of Grundfos products and solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales, order intake, profitability, forecast and drive debt collections within own area.
• Provide basic technical support to dealers and end users ensuring specification and correct application of Grundfos products
• Meet the facetime target and drive the yearly negotiations with Key Accounts.
• Ensure knowledge sharing with the team and take responsibility for own competence development.
• Review substantial quotations and project bids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are perceived as highly customer centric and collaborative ensuring ONE-GRUNDFOS.
• Other ad-hoc tasks or project as and when required
