This pivotal role will drive strategic digital initiatives, from building and optimizing our new global system (i.e. Mobility) to refining our current platform, ensuring seamless employee and manager journeys, capturing critical feedback, and ultimately leveraging data to unleash our people‘s full potential. Responsibilities: 1. Digital Solution Delivery: Drive the end-to-end implementation and optimization of digital HR systems ensuring seamless employee and manager experiences. 2. Process Optimization: Analyze, re-engineer, and embed digital efficiencies into HR processes, focusing on fundamental, sustainable improvements. 3. Data Insight Generation: Apply statistic methodology and AI text analytics to generate in-depth data analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 4. Feedback Loop Development: Build and maintain robust employee listening mechanisms, i.e. Qualtrics, to capture crucial feedback and establish continuous improvement loops.
