POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic Human Resources services and assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of various projects, as well as assisting the overall office administration process. Specific responsibilities include talent development, organization design, performance management, employee relations, remuneration, and policy development as directed by the Head of Human Resources, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Advise, influence and guide stakeholders on HR implications of business strategies and end-to-end talent life cycle development, including but not limited to workforce planning, talent development and succession management, employee relations, performance management, retention, and change management initiatives.
o Partnering with department heads to identify talent gap and take the necessary actions for bridging the gap of organization capability.
o Support organization design based on short-term and long-term business needs.
o Support and manage organizational changes and personnel announcements.
o Co-work with COE& SSC to maintain HR day to day operations as well as HR system (Workday & local HR system) data accuracy.
o Lead and support regional or global level HR related project such as improving recruitment process, SharePoint, Global Internal Audit, Business Contingency Plan etc.
o Perform other related duties as required by business needs.
